Great experience from the start! Ernie answered my phone call, came the next day as promised & at the scheduled time. He was extremely professional and polite. He figured out where my roof leak was right away and took pictures with his phone so I could see where the problem was. When other companies came and told me my skylight couldn’t be fixed, or that wouldn’t fix it unless they replaced the skylight and the roof, Ernie solved my problem. He identified that roofers had cracked the frame of my skylight, tested his theory with a hose, and repaired the crack. The skylight had been leaking with every rain since we had our roof replaced by another company in February. That company couldn’t find the problem, but EAD did. I can’t thank EAD enough!

Ernie worked to fix multiple issues on our roof and was excellent and efficient. Our home had a brand new roof that was installed poorly because we bought it as a flip. Ernie explained exactly what the issues were, and what he would have to do to fix it. He resealed all of the pipes and vents, replaced shingles, and fixed our attic fan as well. We had previously got a quote from a separate company, but EAD was better by a few hundred dollars, and we just felt more comfortable with him in the end anyway. Great work.
